Paavo Tynell designed lighting for several restaurants and café-interiors for the company Elanto, this rare piece being one of them. A one of one lamp, only piece of this design known to exist. This lamp was designed to be fixed to a tabletop or has the option of a proper desk or table lamp in the element of a weighted base (all parts being original to Taito).
