Alvar Aalto´s iconic ceiling lamp 'Golden Bell' Model A330, was originally designed in 1954.

This example is an early original production by Valaistustyö Ky for Artek Oy, Finland, and impressed withthe  manufacturer´s label 'A330 Valaistustyö'.

A330-model is a variation of Aalto´s Golden Bell A330S, which was designed for the Savoy Restaurant in Helsinki, 1939. A330 was widely used by Alvar Aalto in his architecture projects during the 1950s, used for the first time at the University of Jyväskylä in 1954.
